Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products must not show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or clearance items
  • Personalized products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dewyglow.nl with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order after your return is approved.
